  • Crafted UI copy, emails, and video scripts.
  • Crafted queries and responses for the in-product help bot using Compass.
  • Created, edited, and published help articles on support.office.com through DXStudio and XMetal.
  • Managed localization projects and improved accessibility.
  • Collected and analyzed data and user feedback to optimize content strategy and experiences. I utilized PowerBI, Interana, Office Customer Voice, and Excel for data analytics.
  • Led a training course landing page redesign project and a training video revamp project from conception to publication.
    • This involved creating data-informed ROI and content consumption reports, and authoring 10 video scripts and descriptions based on data research, user feedback, and product insights. I collaborated with the video production and localization teams, integrating feedback from various stakeholders in PM/Engineering, Design, Research, CX, and Marketing into the final work.
    • Improved SEO, resulting in increased page views, CTRs, and content satisfaction rates by 11%, with the average rating rising from 72 to 88. This exceeded the average rating of all other Office 365 products, which was 70.
    • Corrected all out-of-sync closed captions and outdated transcripts for training videos in 19 languages while coordinating with the localization team.

[/vc_column_text][toranj_title style=”lined” heading=”h4″ title=”Work Samples”][toranj_title style=”bordered” heading=”h5″ title=”Content Strategy #1 – Training Courses Landing Page Redesign “][vc_column_text]With the aim to improve SEO and content experience, increase content satisfaction rate, and convey brand messages more effectively for the video training landing page, I first did research on what people usually search when picking titles using our internal database and Google Analytics, and then I created a new sitemap, wireframe, and taxonomy, wrote action-oriented titles, changed thumbnails to conceptual arts, moreover, I added new links to some helpful and engaging articles for “Featured topics” and “Additional help” based on verbatim feedback.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”4603″ img_size=”full” style=”vc_box_shadow”][toranj_title style=”bordered” heading=”h5″ title=”Content strategy #2 – Web Page Redesign “][vc_column_text]Observing the decrease in monthly page views and customer satisfaction rate, I started with digging into customer verbatim feedback, and then I redesigned user flow and surfaced help content for business and UX goals, via rewriting the copy, adding 2 sections below the video with clear call-to-actions and useful links to guide users.
