  • Needed a new website with a user-centric content strategy because their old website had a high bounce rate and a low conversion rate.
  • They didn’t have a consistent brand presence across all the social media platforms.
  • Their monthly newsletters had a low open rate and click-through rate, slow increase in subscriptions.
  • Needed to create a Medium blog to increase brand awareness, demo requests, traffic to the website.

  • Developed omni-channel content strategy, wrote and designed content for their website, digital product, social media accounts, Medium blogs, and monthly newsletters that increased brand awareness, conversion rate, and CTR, improved end-to-end customer experience.
  • Led a brand/product video project from start to finish. Created the storyboard, wrote the script, found footages and music, edited the video with an animator and a voiceover artist.
  • Resigned the website that lowered the bounce rate, increased demo requests and newsletter subscriptions. Supported the Marketing Manager in content inventory, gap analysis, wireframes, information architecture, SEO, and content creation.
