Social Media Strategy for the Pike Place Market Foundation

Real-world client:

Pike Place Market Foundation, a non-profit organization which supports housing and services for Seattle’s low-income neighbors by fundraising, advocacy and community building.

Overview:

Based on the data we collected via Facebook Insights Data, Simply Measured, Google Analytics, and using HootSuite and Tableau, we performed a three-month social audit of Pike Place Market Foundation(PPMF), authored a monthly engagement report, conducted SWOT analysis for PPMF and its four competitors, analyzed its managed channels, developed tactical recommendations to improve PPMF’s social media presence, and came up with a social media campaign named #MktShare to increase its social engagement.
